Taking A Line For A Walk Famous artist Paul Klee once said that "Art is like taking a line for a walk." We talked about what that quote might of meant. Some answers included "making lines do different things" or "taking your time". This conversation led us to all the different kinds of lines there were and how we could, as artists, take our time and take our lines "for a walk" through our page. Later, these young artists added color and, once finished, noticed that there were shapes or things that they had created. This was the "Ah Ha" moment and the real definition of why we take a line for a walk.
